Kimberly Hilditch, PT, MSPT

Kimberly Hilditch, PT, MSPT, is an exceptional physical therapist, providing comprehensive care to people experiencing arthritis, back pain, and more. With over 25 years of experience, Kimberly and the Valley Rehabilitation of Sun City West team provide treatment at the Sun City West, Arizona, office. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science in exercise science from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. She continued her education with several internships, including the Desert Samaritan Aquatic Physical Therapy and Casa Grande Regional Medical Center orthopedic internships. Kimberly rounded out her educational journey with a master’s in physical therapy from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Mesa, Arizona, campus. For the first two years after her higher education, Kimberly worked for the Phoenix Living Center and the Arrowhead Community Hospital, where she provided essential in-patient orthopedic services and support for the interprofessional teams. Kimberly provided excellent care around the greater Phoenix region at several institutions, including the Beatitudes Campus, the Immanuel Campus of Care, and The Forum at Desert Harbor. Her exceptional program management skills, bedside manner, and procurement of vital patient resources led Kimberly’s success as a leading physical therapist. Today, Kimberly owns and operates Valley Rehabilitation of Sun City West, providing individualized outpatient services. Her leadership and expertise cultivate an environment where the team can treat even the most complex orthopedic concerns.

Meng Hsuan “Tiffany” Ho, PT, DPT

Dr. Meng Hsuan “Tiffany” Ho is a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Chang Gung University in Taiwan and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University in California.

Since 2018, Dr. Tiffany has worked in high-volume orthopedic settings, treating a wide range of conditions- from post-surgical recovery and joint replacements to chronic musculoskeletal issue and injury prevention. Her clinical expertise lies in combining the principles of Eastern and Western medicine to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. She believed that every patient’s story and healing journey is unique, and she tailors her treatment accordingly. She also believes in identifying and treating the root cause of dysfunction, rather than simply addressing symptoms. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, complemented by hands-on techniques that support the body’s natural healing process. Dr. Tiffany is highly skilled in joint mobilization, deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, and dry needling.

Brian “Chris” Chabot, PT, DPT

Dr. Brian “ Chris” Chabot was born and raised in Ohio, where he completed his undergraduate work at Shawnee State University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He attended Physical Therapy school at Wheeling University in Wheeling, West Virgina and completed his education in 2013. Through his experiences he has worked in all types of settings and populations ranging from pediatric to geriatric. His post graduate trainings include instrument assisted soft tissues mobilization through Graston Institute, Dry Needling through the Ma institute and manual therapy through the Spinal Manipulations Institute. His goal as a Physical Therapist is to help patients comfortably return to their daily life safely and independently.

In his personal life, he is married with three children, all boys and resides in Peoria, Arizona. In his down time, he enjoys spending time with family, exercising, cooking, reading and experiencing the outdoors. He looks forward to working with you and helping you reach your personal and physical goals!
