Physical Therapists and Therapy Assistants were very familiar with my plan of treatment; and after a beginning warm up on the bike, I spent an hour in various exercises, manual therapy, and ultrasound. Staff were very attentive, provided instructions, hand-outs for a home exercise program. My neck muscles were quite painful as a result of a long temporomandibular joint (tmj) disorder. My dentist sent me to Valley Rehabilitation to relieve the problem. lt was a fortunate choice. Kim and her crew are top notch. Very quickly they get to know you and set about giving the necessary therapy to push but stay within your comfort zone. They continually ask if you are in any pain, need a glass of water or would like to take a short rest. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Every person in this office makes you feel welcome and that they have your best interest at heart. It is not always easy to do PT but they are encouraging and make it fun. My total knee replacement has been a success in huge part to this staff.

Valley Rehabilitation of Sun City West is amazing. They follow the doctor's orders and motivate you to complete the necessary exercises and provide clear guidance to help you achieve your personal goals. I have seen incredible progress toward my goals and it has only been a couple of days. Their approach is both compassionate and empowering, helping patients stay engaged and optimistic about their recovery. They spend the necessary time with you to give you a complete therapy session unlike any other. This therapy group is truly exceptional. They really care about their patients.

I live in Prescott Az and I chose to drive to valley Rehabilitation Sun City west. My specialist had recommended here, yet I didn’t want the drive. We unfortunately couldn’t find what I needed in Prescott so I decided to research here. I read the website and was impressed. I cannot recommend Valley Rehabilitation highly enough! I've been receiving acupuncture treatment for my back, and the results have been excellent. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff and the warm, caring atmosphere they create. Everyone on the team is amazing - professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in your wellness. The personal touches here are what make it special. During one visit, the owner even came over and playfully petted my slippers because she thought they looked like a fluffy little puppy! My back was so painful that I could not stand in the morning, AND I had absolutely no clue what I had done to cause it. I tried home remedies like exercises, heat and ice, working out, not working out. I became stuck in a nightmare where I was in pain and felt like I was losing functionality at a rapid rate. My PCP referred me to Valley Rehab. Kim assessed me and developed a plan. She worked with/on me along with Irina and Jay. They were absolutely fabulous. At one point the pain shifted, and though it scared me, Kim eased my nerves and doubled down on a cure. Yes, I am painless now, and running around like I like to do - pickleballing, chasing the dog, and general old folk mayhem. I don't make idle promises. I will promise you this - if you need rehab help, they will help you here. You will feel so much better.

Magical! Walked in with a very painful hip! Rotated through PT exercises, Pilates type exercises and was given massages with an awesome machine! A few months later, I am virtually pain free! Kim has the most awesome knowledgeable, patient, fun staff! I fell in love with all and am so grateful to each person in the office!! I feel so blessed to have had the best care at Valley Rehab! In an effort to continue with good health and activities at age 83, esentially, I injured myself using a weight machine...treatments with cortizone, 2-steroid injections, 4 ablations, and ultimately switching treatments to the hip area with therapy (resulting in minimizing the pain) and two fronatal injections the second of which did not help.

We are "Snow Birds" to Sun City West, Az.for 8 months a year, and I was able to obtain a referral from my primary in Illinois to recieve Therapy treatments at Valley Rehabilation in Sun City west.

Kim Hilditch, Owner/operator of Valley Rehabilitation provided me with a total examination - all the time listening to my hisotry- and a treatment plan was established.

I am about half way through my treatment plan at 13 sessons with several tech's and therapyst working with I can only say enough good things all the way from Michelle at the front desk, to Jay, Irena, Tost, Peter. and of course Kim continually observing and providing treatments on a regulator basis. At this time my pain level has dropped to almost zero and I truly look forward to completing my teatment sessons knowing I am making great progress.

Walking straight without painful limping, and being able to return to normal activities including exercise at home, water walking etc. has given me a new lease on being an active senior adult.

My first experience with holistic physical therapy and in my opinion is far superior to traditional focus on a single point of injury. Before my therapy at Valley Rehabilitation the pain in my arm was so great I had trouble sleeping but Valley Rehab got results and the pain is gone. As a bonus, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Kim Hilditch is a miracle worker. I've been coming here for PT for a couple weeks now and last Friday I walked in for my appointment and was in so much pain I told Kim, I can't stay I hurt too bad. Well she looked at me and said; Shari, that's what we are here for. I have to tell you by the time we were finished I was totally pain free. I was ecstatic. I haven't been able to stand for more than 10 minutes and I'm in pain BUT when I left PT I stopped by my neighbors house to drop something off and we were standing in her entryway gabbing and she said; Shari do you realize how long we've been standing here talking? It had been 30 minutes and I was having zero pain. The staff here are all great - it's actually fun to go to PT. For the first time in years I feel hopeful about getting my life back.

Wonderful folks who work with you to heal from whatever body mechanical issue you may have. Worked with them first in 2009, and have gone back when I had a new issue. Have rehabbed knees (4 times), ankle and shoulder, personally. Kim and her staff are professionals , working with clients individually to improve flexibility and movement. The office staff is efficient, and works with you if you need to reschedule, or add an appointment. I highly recommend them to friends locally.

Therapist are very knowledgeable and understanding to each individual’s needs.plenty of staff so you get a lot of one on one work. Therapists thank have pretty open schedule’s to fit patients needs. Relaxed environment makes sessions fun. I recommend to everyone no matter the level of therapy needed

Not only is this group very professional, competent and respectful they are loads of fun. Although therapy is not fun I looked forward to each of my 16 sessions. My wrist is doing great and the information I was given will allow me to continue on my own.

Great place for my P.T. Kim and her staff (especially Chelsy, Mikaila, and Evan) were wonderful. They were knowledgeable and designed a program that worked for me and my issues and goals. They were always positive and you could tell they enjoy their jobs and helping people.

Kim and all of her staff is amazing! They are some of the most professional, friendly, and compassionate medical staff I have experienced. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these people!! This is a friendly, fun place to receive their special care and expertise. They are on time, on the ball, treat you like royalty, and the entire experience each time is a positive part of my week. Highly recommended. And, I was cynical that anything would help me feel better, was even hobbling and hurting, unable to sleep, etc. I am after one month and maybe 10?? visits, smiling again, off pain medications most days, sleeping better, and I have hope again that I'm not walker-bound!
